If Ichigo is a fake shinigami what does that make Renji who lost to Ichigo and later Byakuya(who later on also lose to Ichigo) was what I was thinking.

I think it's because unlike Ichigo Renji isn't part Hollow, Quincy, or 'human' anymore he's straight Shinigami.

That pretty much why it titled my initial reaction as my second reaction(from what happens next to Ichigo) was return of Hollow Ichigo, then third being return Zangetsu(in spirit form) followed by first showing of Quincy Ichigo

It's probably gunna be some overpowered form where it combines his Shinigami, Quincy, and Hollow(If he still has it) together.

Probably because all this time he has ever once used his hollow power since regain his shinigami ones(it would make sense if they came back too since their suppose to be part of his overall power after all)

Well in truth he is human, Shinigami, and Qunicy the Hollow was just added on top after Byakuya took away his powers the first time it wasn't something he originaly had.
